Position Summary:
As the Bellman, you will be responsible for providing timely and courteous valet service to guests with enthusiasm and positivity. You are innovative in creating a friendly and unique guest service experience, striving to exceed customers' needs and expectations during their visit. This position will have knowledge of the Paso Robles and San Luis Obispo County to provide efficient driving directions to guests. The Bellman may make recommendations to guests looking to expand on their Paso Perfected Experience whether it be a winery/ brewery recommendation or day's adventure to experience our Hospitable Community.

Requirements
Responsibilities of the Ideal Candidate:
* Attentively greeting while opening and closing vehicle doors to ensure a friendly customer experience providing exceptional hospitality to guests leaving their vehicle in your care.
* Personalize each guest experience with your authentic hospitality personality while exceeding their expectations.
* Ability to memorize guests names, faces and vehicles to create a relationship with guest and introduce to concierge or other Piccolo staff.
* Provide guest amenities knowledge while escorting guest to room with luggage/personal belongings.
* Organize, maintain and clean your work area to ensure a safe and secure guest experience.
* Actively report all issues to manager.
* Adhere to all hotel policies and procedures throughout the execution of tasks and responsibilities.
* Sustain the safety of the property though risk-management behavior, proper inspections, participation in Safety and Security Committee and knowledge of emergency procedures.
* Following safety procedures as your role is defined.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
* Must be familiar with Paso Robles wine region, entertainment venues and breweries.
* Ability to stand, walk, run and move around during entire shift
* Must possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money.
* Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays.
* Maintain professional appearance.
* Speak and understand the English language.
* Must be familiar with the Paso Robles area, wine, entertainment venues, breweries and county events.
Physical Requirements:
The minimum physical requirements for this position include but are not limited to:
* Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds frequently to assist guests.
* Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
* Ability to hear, understand and communicate orally and in writing to communicate with staff, vendors and guests a normal in-person and phone conversation.
* Ability to bend and twist, push and pull, stoop, and kneel.
* Ascend and descend a ladder.
