Liaison/Team Lead -Toledo, OH
MARTIN Technologies is seeking candidates with an interest in automotive technology who are committed to following the established process and want to contribute to the advancement of automotive safety, performance, and comfort. The Liaison/Team Lead in our quality Inspection site will work with employees during the sorting and inspection process of automotive transmission components. Positions are for 1st and 2nd shift.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in quality inspection, sorting, and rework
- Ability to train and lead a team of 3-12 employees for inspection of automotive components
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Excellent customer support skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- High level of accuracy with special attention to details
- Able to develop & maintain effective working relationships with co-workers
- Possess a strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Successful in following verbal and written instructions
- Flexible schedule
- Must be able to stand for a full shift
- Ability to lift 30-40 pounds
- Computer literate in email, Word, and Excel
