What are the responsibilities and job description for the Group Home Manager position at Mary T Inc.?
The Position:
This position is responsible for managing the overall operations of 2 group home locations. One of these locations has female clients only and require female staff only. The Program Manager will manage the following duties including, but not limited to, daily staffing, performance management, client programming, training and budgeting.
Responsibilities include:
- Manages three Site Supervisors and several Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)
- Completes documentations including: SCOMMs, communication with IDT as needed, and documenting of clients' new medications
- Prepares and completes regular reports
- Completes bi-weekly scheduling of DSPs and fills open shifts as needed
- Completes on-shift requirements
- Provides supervision and work direction
- Completes other duties as assigned that pertain to this position
- Providing direct cares as needed
- Covers open shifts when needed
Schedule: Full time hours. Must have flexibility to work daytime, evening and weekend hours as required.

Requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience in a group home is required
- Bachelor's Degree in human services or a related field is required
- Experience in ICF licensed group homes is a plus
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Must have the ability to pass a background check through DHS
- A willingness to work hard and a desire to help others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
