Job Overview:
The Leasing Training Academy is a comprehensive week training program strategically designed to prepare individuals for careers in multifamily property management. Upon successful completion, we work directly with multifamily employers to assist with job placement. There is no cost associated with the program or the talent we deliver. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with customer service/sales skills looking to work in the multifamily industry.
Responsibilities:
-Arrive to class daily Monday through Friday, on time and prepared.
-Complete test weekly and achieve benchmark of 80% and above on all tests.
-Be actively engaged in class, study curriculum, maintain resources provided to you.
-Compile and present a final presentation outlining 3 largest takeaways from program.
-Adhere to attendance policies and class code.
-Remain positive and be open to feedback.
-Dress in professional attire on Tuesdays and Thursday per LTA policy.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Must be open to feedback
-Must be able to walk stairs and stand for long periods of time
-Basic knowledge of MS office preferred but not required
