The Job
As a PLM Manager, you’ll be part of our Strategy & Insights team working as a hybrid employee. You’ll get to:
- Create open lines of communication & embed Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) into the DNA of the organization
- Drive Global SKU Rationalization & support brand-driven initiatives such as Mix Management, Productivity, and other margin enhancing activities
- Closely partner with Category & Product Leads to understand BU strategy and effectively communicate impacts of PLM to key stakeholders & drive margin and sales improvements while reducing complexity.
- Effectively identify opportunities and their impact to P&L by identifying roadblocks and performing root cause analysis on data sets such as Sales and Margin, Unit Fill Rate, Price and Competitor activities
- Collaboration, Communication, & Influence: Partner with Category, Product and Global Channel teams to execute SKU level product changes by providing a clear narrative of the value being driven through advanced data analytics
- Communicate monthly KPIs to facilitate business review awareness, discussions and action plans with leadership & stakeholders
- Ability to understand and address complex business issues and multi-functional operating strategies efficiently
- Demonstrated success participating and influencing cross-functional teams and managing various enterprise priorities

- Bachelor’s Degree is required. Preference area of study in Business Administration, Marketing or Finance
- 3 years of experience in a sophisticated environment within Product Management, Commercial, Finance or similar roles in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or other companies with strong marketing and brand pedigrees.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling skills including the ability to effectively utilize data from multiple sources to drive decisions. Experience leveraging insights to better understand consumer behavior and decision making, including the related growth opportunities and potential risks for a business
- Well-developed business acumen including the ability to formulate strategies that enhance brand value for customers and consumers and achieve company's top and bottom-line growth targets
- Track record of success in driving growth and profitability of a business based on insights from consumer research and competitive/industry intelligence.
