Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and food service management, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of food safety. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including inventory control, kitchen management, and staff supervision.

Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
- Train and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor food quality and ensure compliance with food safety regulations
- Oversee inventory control, including ordering and receiving supplies
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate banquet events and ensure seamless execution
- Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or food service management is required
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and inventory management
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Experience in kitchen management is preferred
- Previous experience as an Assistant Manager or similar role is a plus
