Leading managed care group is seeking a primary care physician with a focus on geriatric patients to serve their growing patient population.  The organization is physician lead in value based care.  They are also increasing their forgivable loan amount up to $200,000.

- Hired 194 Physicians last year. Would like to hire 750 next year and 1400 the year after

Physician Compensation and Benefits

- Lucrative base salary plus bonus incentive - We will happily provide you the $ amount if interested

- Bonus is built in for year 1 & 2

- Avg yearly bonus paid quarterly is

Physician Schedule

- 18-21 patients per day

- Schedule: 7:30am to 5pm Monday through Friday 

- No call, no weekends, no charting needed off hours

- EMR was created in house by their physicians, so it is very easy to use

- See each patient at least 1 time a month or could be daily

Physician Qualifications

- Board certified in Family, Internal, or Geriatric medicine

- Currently working in Family, Internal or Geriatric Medicine 

- Prefer Physicians that work in value-based vs fee for service

- Physicians passionate about saving lives 

- Currently licensed in Missouri

- Looking for a work life Balance

- Enjoys working with the geriatric population 

- Could be happy with just a physician role or want growth
