Our client company in Peterborough is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their small but growing team!
Your qualifications for the Production Supervisor position :
- High School Diploma / GED
- 3-5 years warehouse / supervisory experience
- Forklift experience is a plus
- Good computer skills, including experience with MRP systems
- Ability to operate material handling equipment
- Good verbal / written and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Must be able to stand throughout the shift and lift up to 50 pounds frequently
As the Production Supervisor your benefits will include :
- Temp to Hire position
- Full Time Monday Friday 8am-5pm schedule
- $64k-$69k year depending on skills and experience
- Once hired on, health / dental / life / disability insurance

Your duties as the Production Supervisor :
- Plan and schedule workload
- Ensure employees complete assignments to satisfy priorities
- Track activity in MRP system
- Check inbound materials and finished product for quality
- Manage inventory to meet production goals
- Assist in production to meet goals
- Communicate daily production schedule status
- Assist general manager and supervise department when needed
- Other duties as required
