What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electronics QA Inspector position at Masis Staffing?
Masis Staffing is seeking a Quality Assurance AOI Inspector for a local company in South Portland, ME. This is a Temp to hire position with weekly pay!! You will provide Inspection of product in the production assembly process through AOI In process inspection system.
Monday – Friday Schedule:
1st shift is 7am – 3:30pm at $16-$17.50/hour.
What You’ll Do:
- Verification of product compliance to workmanship standards, verify AOI reports are correct.
- Work with AOI Plus operator determining defect types and counts.
- Verification of process compliance to procedures
- Verification of documentation compliance to document control process/procedure
- Communications of workmanship standard knowledge
- Assisting Manufacturing Manager with special projects
- Running PCB assemblies through wash in between board inspections.
- Clean and maintain AOI area, including operator maintenance.
- Capable of running XRAY analysis when necessary
- Fisnar masking & Solder pasting.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Has a High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Ability to read blueprints.
- Familiarity with first piece, in process, audit, final quality control inspection procedure
- Ability to use inspection gauge (calipers, rulers, microscope, etc)
