Masis is looking for a candidate to fill a role as a Service Manager in our MA market of Lowell. The ideal candidate will be a trusted mentor and advisor responsible for meeting or exceeding productivity goals established by the executive team in our operations department. Requires at least 3 years of successful staffing industry experience in a leadership role. Leadership talents include mentoring, delegating, and motivating teams. Previous supervisory experience is required and must have proven ability to lead teams to perform to expectations. Contributes to the efficient Masis operations by performing duties accurately and in a timely manner. Ability to speak multiple language is also highly desirable.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
- Responsible for strengthening team advancement by developing short and long-term goals for all the members in the branch.
- Accountable for client relationship, managing expectations and establishing primary and secondary contact for all clients.
- Recommend and execute additional training initiatives for the team members.
- Meet or exceed safety standard goals established by the Risk Department.
- Focus on maximizing profit by increasing sales, gross profit percent and controlling expenses.
- Demonstrate strong leadership and business ethics at all times and with minimum supervision.
- Assist Business Development Managers in preparation of proposals and presentations.
- Identify talent via job posting responses, reverse resume searches, internet searches, walk-ins,
- job fairs, and networking events
- Gather competitor information and gain market intelligence.
- Maintain contact with major clients and prospects to maximize sales and client satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor and develop Service Coordinators, On Site Coordinators & Managers.
- Lead by example of performance, productivity and execution.
- Contribute to the growth of market share and profit of the company.
- Ensure adherence of company policy and SOP by all personnel in branch.
- Review performance of designated branch through Masis CRM and implement improvement initiatives when needed.
- Ensure that branch in designated area excel in operational performance to include customer retention, superior service delivery and accelerated sales growth.
- Communicate clearly your expectations and act as a “coach” when necessary.
- Take initiative, prioritize matters with an eye to the bigger picture.
- Effectively anticipate potential challenges and threats for the area, design contingency plans, succession plans and personnel and equipment needs.
- Help employees realize full potential. Delegate details and devote time to major objectives
- Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
- Protects information with the highest security practices ensuring that all employee information is secured and kept confidential.
- Assists with special projects related to field of expertise, and performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
