What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Technician position at Masis Staffing?
Masis Staffing is seeking a qualified Test Technician to support our manufacturing operations. This position will work in our Southington, CT location.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform quality testing of products and components
- Perform test procedures in accordance with ISO9001:2015 and applicable quality systems regulations
- Participate in training and continuous improvement activities
- Support the development of best practices for manufacturing processes
- Participate in continuous improvement activities to identify and implement improvements to improve the overall performance of the company
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail required.
- Must be able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and other technical documentation.
- Must be able to follow established procedures when performing common tasks such as cleaning, organizing, and packing of product.
- Must be able to use basic hand tools and equipment.
