Ref: FULL TIME POSITION, ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
The Mason County Public Service District (PSD), located at 101 Camden Avenue, Point Pleasant, WV, is looking for a self-motivated, hard-working individual, who takes initiative and works as a team player. We are currently seeking a skilled, career-oriented individual ready to be part of a growing company!
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years office experience.
- Skilled in PC applications such as Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Have excellent communication (both written and verbal) and organizational skills.
- Previous water industry or utility experience preferred, but not necessary.
- Advanced math skills.
Individual must be able to follow directions, multi task, have exceptional accuracy, and interact well with the public; must be timely and responsible and be able to work in a high paced, changing environment.
General duties include handling customer calls and correspondence; filing and other basic office duties; entering and processing work orders; operating a register and handles cash and credit card transactions; balance cash drawer and make deposits; and greets and assists customers.
Specific duties would entail providing administrative managerial support by: preparing correspondence; managing files; conducting data compilation; and performing other assigned tasks by management.

Must be able to pass alcohol/drug tests. A valid driver’s license, high school degree or equivalent is required.
