Qualifications Required:
- Experience managing and supporting Windows 10 & 11 Devices, Chrome OS Devices, iOS & MacOS Devices, Active Directory (AD), and related technologies
- Experience managing and supporting wireless devices and networking systems
- Experience creating, maintaining, and using Windows System Images
- Proven self-directed learner/worker
- Excellent collaborative worker
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability as a self-directed learner and worker
Qualifications Desired:
- Associates Degree
- A certification or equivalent experience
- Experience administering Google Apps for Education
Job Description:
- Shall troubleshoot and maintain hardware and software for Windows, ChromeOS and iOS Devices
- Shall create, implement, and maintain Active Directory objects and policies
- Shall manage and maintain a proper inventory of district technology equipment
- Shall assist staff and students in the use of all district technology as needed
- Shall perform other duties as assigned by the IT Supervisor
Physical Requirements:
- This position requires long periods of standing, sitting, and walking.
- The position requires occasional lifting of supplies and movement of classroom furnishings during the course of the school day.
- Work takes place both indoors and outdoors, with some travel to other schools or field trip locations.
Work Schedule: Full time, year-round position.
