Mass & Belle Taphouse is an elevated sports and burger bar located in the Bottlworks District at the corner of Mass Ave and Bellefontaine St. We serve massive apps, the best Burger in Indiana, the Juicy Belle, craft cocktails and 16 local/regional draft beers. We believe that serving great food with exceptional service is one of the most significant contributions we can make to our community. We strive every day to excel at this.

Host

We are seeking an upbeat person who enjoys working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We are currently hiring for weekends brunch and dinner shifts. Mass & Belle Taphouse is an inclusive environment that focuses on great guests’ experiences and teamwork to get the job done. Responsibilities:

• Attend to guest's needs promptly, professionally and positively
• Follow the Mass & Belle guest interaction guidelines
• Greet each guest as they walk in
• Follow the seating guide and rotation to seat guests at the appropriate table
• As necessary and available help pre-bus/post-bus tables
• Keep all menus clean
• Complete daily/nightly side work
• As needed, handle to-go orders
• Follow dress code requirements

Host Requirements

• Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, reach, and squat on frequent basis
• Ability to stand and be mobile for long periods of time (8 hours)
• Ability to work primarily lunch, dinner and/or weekend shifts

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 25 per week
