Hadley Family Medicine

Hadley Family Medicine began with family - brothers Peter and Robert Weitzman (both physicians) along with medical school classmate Allan Baustin, MD, founded the practice nearly 30 years ago.

While the practice now has access to the resources of the larger Medical Group, the family environment is felt just as strongly today.

Located at 234 Russell Street, Suite 7, in Hadley, MA, we offer comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, newborn through adult.

We are certified as a Level 2 patient-centered medical home.

Role Overview

We are seeking a 32-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the practice onsite, Monday through Friday. The schedule for this position is 10 : 30am-5 : 30pm .

The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception / administrative support side.

We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient setting!

When hiring, we look for candidates who not only possess relevant skills, but also positive attitudes and genuine passion for the work.

  • Familiarity with insurance payers preferred
  • Minimum of six (6) months reception or customer service experience required, preferably in a health care setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology preferred
  • Spelling and typing competence with computer experience essential
  • Bilingual Spanish / English preferred
