Qualifications
This position will work in Peabody and Lynnfield and will work 20 hours a week.
Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services, under the direction of a registered physical therapist to patients in their place of residence , who have physical impairments, resulting from injury, disease, disability or other causes.
Patients may range in age from birth to over 100 years. Collaborate with patient, family, physician and other allied health professionals to identify patient needs and coordinate services to meet those needs.

Qualifications and Experience
- Two years experience in acute care, rehab or homecare as a Physical Therapy Assistant
- Licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn other software applications
- Excellent customer service skills and able to work with diverse populations
- Strong verbal, written and electronic communications skills
- Travel required within Mass General Brigham Healthcare at Home's geographic area
- Ability to work with various computer software required and knowledge of hand-held patient care computer devices
