Job Description:
Assist faculty, students, and staff within the departments of Academic Advising & Support, Education, and the Honors Program.
Assist anyone entering the office promptly and courteously. If unable to perform the task asked, take messages accurately to pass along to the proper person to handle it.
Complete clerical duties as assigned by the Office Supervisor. Tasks will change everyday based on the needs of the different departments.
Operate office machines such as calculators, electric typewriter, Xerox machine and computers.
