We are currently looking for a Customer Service Coordinator and Scheduler in our West Springfield, MA office, for immediate hire.
Responsibilities Include:
· Receive and screen incoming requests for service based company.
· Schedule and coordinate technicians effectively.
· Efficiently multitask, including basic administrative duties.
· Create, Maintain and organize service orders and work logs accurately.
· Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
· The ability to work independently and stay on task.
Requirements:
· Experience in scheduling and/or coordinating preferred but not mandatory.
· Strong phone skills and etiquette.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
· Confident and dependable personality.
