The Opportunity
As the Strategy Operations Lead for Worksite, you will create an environment that drives Worksite to be an efficient and data-driven organization. This key senior individual contributor role will support the functional department leaders by creating and facilitating execution of strategies, KPI monitoring, and reporting.
The Team
The Strategy and Planning Team is the heartbeat of the Worksite Channel. We drive KPI and Executive reporting, readiness, financial planning and sales support to bring accountability to the organization. We understand and communicate the health of the business to Sr. Leadership as well as our front-line teams. We are looking to expand on our small organization with someone who shares our passion of working collaboratively and focusing on our customer.
The Impact:
Partner with Head of Worksite and Planning to develop a strategic system within Worksite that drives data-driven decision making and consistent reporting to ensure accountability.
Manage the process to develop, track and report on KPIs through creation of standard dashboards and monthly reports through effective leading others and sharing your business acumen.
Govern key internal and external committees and events, including event planning, scheduling, hosting, and follow-up. Communication is key to extracting value from these events and sharing key take-aways across participants.
Direct Custom Compensation Program to ensure appropriate administration of key sales process. Maintain records for Worksite Custom Compensation agreements and coordinate the execution of approved custom arrangements.
Facilitate the connection of Marketing, Product, and internal Worksite Departments strategies. Demonstrate resilience and agility as you help define clear connections between department and overall Worksite strategies.
Manage annual Worksite conferences including logistics, agendas and partnering with conference planning functions.
The Minimum Qualifications
A strong and effective strategic operations or reporting leader having 5 years of related experience.
A passion for the Voluntary Benefits space.
Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
HS Diploma, College Degree preferred.
Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
