We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hotel setting. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes
- Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about clinic services and amenities
- Process bookings and cancellations in a timely manner
- Manage guest requests and resolve any issues promptly
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Prior sales experience preferred
