We are a well established Palm Harbor business. Open since 2005 and still growing!!  We are seeking friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and motivated individuals to be a part of our outstanding team.  You must have exceptional customer service and communication skills. Must have the ability and interest in building a rapport with clients. Sales experience preferred. If you like to sit at a desk and just answer phones - DO NOT APPLY - this position is for multi taskers and people who like to stay busy! This is a fun, friendly and energetic work environment. Immediate openings for evening and weekend shifts. Hourly commission bonuses. Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance available for FT.

As a Massage Envy Sales Associate at this Massage Envy franchised location,* essential responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and guests. These include:

• Answering the phone.
• Offering memberships to all non-members
• Setting and checking members and guests in and out for appointments.
• Greeting members and guests upon arrival.
• Promoting the Wellness Program.
• Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.
• Recognizing and supporting team goals and creating and maintaining positive relationships with team members.
• Adhering to Sales Coaching and Goals
• Understanding membership perameters 
• Must be comfortable with customer facing sales approaches
• Must be able to cover shifts for coworkers on occasion
• Must have reliable transportation
• Experience with commission based sales a plus!
• Upholding the Massage Envy brand’s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.
• Staying updated on retail products and promotions.

What it Takes to Succeed

Qualified candidates will:

Education, Skills and Training:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Possess basic math and cash handling experience.
• Have strong phone and computer skills.
• Have previous customer service experience (preferred).
• Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.
• Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment.
• Possess general knowledge of massage and esthetic services and modalities. (preferred)

Communications and Personal Interactions

• Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and guests, prospective clients, vendors, and the franchised location’s management and team.
• Maintain client confidentiality.
