Job Description
The Laundry Maintenance position is responsible of performing preventive maintenance on all laundry machinery, troubleshooting/repairing laundry equipment, recognize needs in the immediate environment and implement solutions. Execute job functions in accordance with specified departmental goals. Must have a good driving record (provided upon applying). The ideal candidate must be well organized, self-motivated and detail oriented. Must be 21.
Requirements:
- Perform specialize duties using specific area of expertise
- Plan and implement work in an efficient manner
- Develop projects and growth initiative relevant to current area utilizing available resources
- Coordinate with manager/supervisor to order maintenance parts and supplies
- Perform building maintenance and janitorial functions
- Effectively communicate changes ( e. g. policy, law, operating procedures ) when pertinent to operations
- Research and recommend long range solution to management
- Lead special project implementation and assist team as needed
- Must be 21

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, Including holidays.
- Hours: 6am-2:30pm, must be able to work overtime as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
License: Drivers (Required)
