The Partnerships Success Coordinator is a proactive individual that will be in charge of developing and executing any specific project required by MassChallenge Partners. Will be responsible for complying with Key Performance Indicators that are required in each specific project. Is part of the team that is responsible for generating revenue for MassChallenge through the delivery of high quality and value from existing partners and projects. 

What You’ll Do 

Projects execution  

• Collaborate in the designing and planning of the projects required for the partners  

• Execute a work plan and programs according to specific partners’ project needs. 

• Manage strategic solutions that are within budget and on time for each project. 

• Create a good process-driven /Strategic communication with the stakeholders 

• Collaborate with MassChallenge team members in marketing, operations, events, and mentorship to ensure effective service delivery and to integrate the team into our strategy 

Relationships Management  

• Contribute directly to the manager in the management of activities for partners that require logistical support. 

• Contribute to a culture of high service, high support, and high expectations in working with corporate partners  

• As needed, plan and manage complex joint projects with partners  

• Create a service-oriented culture where we consistently set proper expectations and flawlessly deliver for our corporate partners.  

• Develop long-term, strategic business relationships with partners, with an eye toward trends and changes in the world of entrepreneurship and ways we can bring this information to our partners. 

• Create and manage the proposals, reports, and administrative required for the new partners and donors  

Client management  

• Create solutions for corporate innovation strategies  

• Implementation of work plans, assuring quality and timing  

• Definition of KPI´s for the pilot programs  

• Creation of the documentation required in the project and implementation of the methodology  

• Assure the involvement of the clients in MassChallenge activities  

Who You Are and What You Bring 

• You have 1-3 years of work experience in project management, sales, or operations. 

• A bachelor's degree is required in engineering, management, business, or related fields.  

• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, relationship builder, and enjoy making and maintaining connections with people. 

• You are exceptionally organized, obsessed with details, and have strong project management experience. 

• You are very resilient, with the availability to be part of a big project acting in different roles. 

• You have a customer service mindset and a reputation for going above and beyond to help your customers. 

• You bring equal enthusiasm and optimism for both day-to-day execution tasks and bigger picture projects and are eager to add value to everything you do at work. 

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail. 

• You are resourceful, a creative problem solver, and an analytical thinker. 

• You are tech-savvy and are quick to learn new technology and systems (we use Asana and Salesforce). 

• You can multi-task and juggle multiple projects at one time. 

• You have experience with startups and corporate collaborations.
