Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Caller. As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating sales leads. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns or objections
- Use effective sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or similar software
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in technical sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively market products or services over the phone
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in persuasive conversations
