As a Caller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, providing information about our products or services, and generating sales leads. Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and benefits
- Answer customer questions and address any concerns or objections
- Use effective sales techniques to persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule an appointment
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce or similar software
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Experience:
- Previous experience in technical sales, customer service, or telemarketing is preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to effectively market products or services over the phone
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is a plus
- Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging in persuasive conversations
