As the Field Engagement Consultant, your efforts will focus on the following : Manage and execute key advisor and field engagement opportunitiesDrive the Wealth Management internal and external communication strategy, andCollaborate in the development of engaging curriculum and content to deliver strategic priorities to our field partnersThe TeamAs the needs of advisors and clients change and demand more wealth management and planning products and services, MM Wealth Management has greater needs to thoughtfully and effectively engage with our Field partners to promote new and existing capabilities, products and services, and swiftly execute key initiatives that will positively impact advisors and clients resulting in growth.
To this end, the MM Wealth Management Strategy & Planning team is focused on six core themes : Elevating the profile of MassMutual’s wealth brand,Highly competitive, integrated technology,An advisor-centric culture,Providing a comprehensive product suite and investment service offerings,A focus on Financial Planning, andSuperior advisor practice support.

Key Responsibilities Include : Responsible for the execution of the WM communication strategy for internal team, business partners and the field, by serving as a liaison with Field Readiness and MMFA Communications.
Actively manage and execute curriculum and support content development for Field engagement opportunities (MMA, Regional Product meetings, Specialist meetings, Field committee meetings, Agency speaking engagements) and liaise with appropriate business partners for execution.
Liaise across the MM Wealth Management organization to align, develop and execute Field meeting agendas Report on key metrics to ensure effective positioning and execution of identified meeting goals.
Proactively identify opportunities to help drive wealth management KPI’s through field engagements.Build relationships with Firm leadership and advisor advisory committees to best understand needs.
- Obtain and react to field feedback and engagement on the efficacy of meetings and communications.Provide status reports summarizing field engagement to ensure leadership is fully informed;
- speak effectively and knowledgeably to all field engagement and communications underway and planned.The Minimum Qualifications : Undergraduate degree5 years' experience working in the financial services industry, directly with advisors3 years' relationship management experience 1 years' experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelDue to the nature of this position, as a part of our background check process, candidates must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check to qualify as a fingerprinted person under FINRAThe Ideal Qualifications2 years' experience developing narratives for strategic initiatives2 years' experience developing communication and engagement strategies for advisors2 years' project management experience2 years' experience partnering with senior leaders Self-motivated person that’s comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environmentStrong written communication skills;
