As a Scheduler, you will oversee the resource management of in-house and sub-contracted field crews.
Hourly Range $22-$24/ hour DOE.
In addition, you will:
- Manage locates verify locates are on schedule or move accordingly.
- Verify permits/ inspectors (locations, job numbers, and SOW match permit)
- Send daily notifications to all jurisdictions.
- Verify new job packet OPE's send before adding to schedule.
- Manage supervisor updates and move jobs accordingly.
- Allocate foreman in OFS.
- Track and maintain Material list monthly (as invoices are provided)
- Send daily locates to Comcast & AT&T ( when covering Bobbi)
About You:
- Safety is a part of your day to day
- You have an understanding of all phases of telecom construction
- You have at least 3 years of progressively challenging scheduling or dispatching experience and 5 years of professional experience
- You enjoy learning, or creating, a system to manage the scheduling calendar and deadlines
- You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
- Oracle
