Overview:
We are looking for a Construction Manager-Power Delivery to join our highly skilled, professionally trained team. The Construction Manager will be responsible for managing the project from the site field office, concentrating on field coordination and production, safety, and quality compliance.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing field productivity and coordination of means and methods of directional boring in rock
- Safety planning for all field operations and activities along a busy road right away, rock boring, environmental hazards, and fire hazard
- Personnel management, including setting production goals, safety goals and quality goals.
- Identify resources needed, including personnel and equipment for directional boring in rock
- Manage and update the work schedule
- Contribute to monthly cost to complete projects and advise the Project Manager
- Weekly quantities completed and accurately reported
- Coordinate all equipment acquisitions through Procurement Department
- Review progress and performance weekly with the Project Manager
- 100% Project Specific travel is required
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or commensurate experience and training
- OSHA 30 Hour
- 5 years of field superintendent/management experience in the telecommunication markets
- Must be authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g. H-1B visa status)

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to manage a portable workforce
- CPM Scheduling
