Description:
We are searching for someone who is highly organized, is willing to learn, and implement new procedures to help process bids and proposals. In this role, you would be responsible for aiding in proposal development, portal management, as well as submitting bids.
Responsibilities:

Proposal Coordination
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Teams
- Proposal/Technical writing
- Market bid management
- Familiar with RFI/RFP processes
- Prioritize assignments
- Gather materials from market leads
- Understand, communicate, and distribute proposal requirements

Business Develop Support
- Shared mailboxes
- Meeting coordination
- Scheduling/Following up throughout the proposal lifecycle
- Strong ability to hit deadlines
- Keep information organized and centralized
- Portal Management
- Ability to manage multiple customer portals
- Familiarity with portals like ACAS, Orca, BidMaster, or Zycus preferred
- Export complete bid information
- Distribute materials to market leads
- Bid submittal
- Automation/Process Flows

- Learn/Understand industry-specific software programs

Qualifications:
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook/Teams
