The People Team at Master Electronics is looking to add additional talent to our already gifted team of HR Superheroes! We are looking for a bilingual People Experience Manager focussing on employee relations as well as Master Electronics' benefits and wellness programs.

 

What you will do?

• Assist with the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company's goals and objectives• Advise and support managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions• Work with HRIS to maintain an effective performance management system, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records, managing work permits and visas, and reporting requirements• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance• Experience in implementing and managing self-funded insurance programs• Administers plans in compliance with local and federal regulations, including annual audits and Form 5500 filing, non-discrimination testing, plan document updates and distribution, and managing ACA compliance• Reviews ACA data in the benefits system on an ongoing basis and ensures that 1095-C coding is accurate for all employees• Develops benefits education and engagement campaigns highlighting key vendors and programs• Tracks enrollment and engagement in wellness plans and work with leaders across the business to build employee awareness of programs• Project manager of all new benefit implementations, coordinating with broker, vendors, and benefits enrollment system to ensure timelines are met, plan documents are reviewed, employee communication materials are developed and disseminated, and any testing of files or employee interface is completed to provide an outstanding customer experience for employees• Acts as subject matter expert for issues relating to benefits technology. Develops thorough knowledge of all benefit and HR systems to troubleshoot file errors, run reports and ensure a smooth experience for employees• End to end expertise with all leave programs with knowledge of state specific laws for each• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, benefits, talent management, and employment law

 

What you bring to the table!

• Bilingual- Spanish- Required

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred• A minimum of five (5) years of human resource management experience preferred• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP highly desired

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish• Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations-Federal and States specific• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail• Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate

 

Salary range: $84,000 to $105,000
