The Mechanic, under the direction of the Team Director, ensures that all bicycles and cycling equipment of Team Allez riders is in peak performance status.
Responsibilities
Preventative maintenance, repair, refitting, cleaning, and upkeep of Team Allez bicycles, pre-, post-, and during races and training.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a mechanic for a racing team or club or experience in a reputable bicycle shop.
