What are the responsibilities and job description for the Proposals Representative position at Master Flo?
Key position functions include:
- Create standard product quotes for Sales Group/Representatives
- Perform contract review on major Project Purchase Orders
- Sales order entry
- Perform valve sizing and recommend valve size and material
- Deal promptly and professionally with customer requests/concerns
- Provide technical support to customers requesting repairs or returns.
- Provide sales support for outside sales team/representatives.
- Perform accurate, validated cost work-ups for quote
Preferred candidates will possess a combination of the following:
- Post-secondary technical or business degree, or minimum of 5 years experience
- Working knowledge of product lines
- Familiar with applicable industry codes and specifications
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
