What are the responsibilities and job description for the Accounts Payable position at Master Spas?
SUMMARY:
Under the direction of the Controller this position is responsible for Accounts Payable.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Printing all invoices and statements
- Entering invoices for payment for both PO and AP
- Completing process for all payment by check
- Completing process for all credit card payments
- Working all vendor statements to correct any outstanding issues
- Providing credit information, W-9, St-105 and application for new vendor set up
- Working with purchasing for pricing issues
- Working with receiving on quantity issues & outstanding orders
- Working on any outstanding RNI (Received Not Invoiced) receipts by contacting vendors to follow up
- Other tasks as needed to ensure the success of the position and department

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma minimum
- Accounts Payable/Receivable in a Manufacturing environment helpful
- Strong communications skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, primarily Excel
- Experience in Sage 100 helpful
- Organizational skills, time management and attention to detail are key to being successful in this role.
POSITION DETAILS:
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Mon-Thurs 7am-5pm (hour unpaid lunch daily) Friday 8am-12pm
Compensation: Starting from $20.00/hr.
