Position Summary
This is a leadership role that is responsible for developing and executing “go to market” strategies within the dealer and builder channels that will drive profitable growth and increase market share by integrating MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. (MBC) products with appropriate customer segments.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and implement dealer and builder channel strategies, focusing on channel GTM vision, product and sales teams, and customers.
Manage the multi-branded deployment of all cabinet brands that span the price spectrum of MBC’s dealer businesses.
Provide direct and indirect assistance to sales representatives.
Develop and lead the required channel initiatives for MBC’s National Accounts.
Analyze target markets and build an overall channel opportunity model by segment, growth, and trends.
Execute marketing plan to deliver targeted sales and profits.
Manage and develop a team of direct reports focused on creating and implementing channel-specific programs, promotions, product offerings, sales tools, training events, and other related growth strategies for MBC’s entire portfolio of brands.
Work with Sales, Brand, and Product teams to manage brand and merchandising promotion plans as well as product, distribution, and pricing strategies.
Track effectiveness of channel marketing programs and recommend plan changes as appropriate.
Identify and communicate product and service gaps within the dealer and builder channels.
Travel as business needs require, estimated 50% plus.
Perform other duties as may be assigned at management’s discretion.
