The MasteryPrep Instructor leads an engaging learning experience in Boot Camps and Booster Classes.

We offer unique opportunities for educators who are willing and able to teach in-person, and to help high school students score college-ready on standardized tests, such as the ACT and SAT.

We are looking for compassionate individuals who love presenting in-person. This is a flexible 8-week contract position that requires traveling up to several days in a week – depending on customer demand. Applicants must have ample availability on weekdays and occasional Saturdays. All travel accommodations will be provided for by MasteryPrep. You will be teaching MasteryPrep’s ACT, SAT or TSIA2 Boot Camp curriculum. No prior test-prep experience is required, and minimal teacher prep-time is needed.
Requirements
- Positive Attitude
- Engaging and entertaining presentation style and public speaking abilities
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Valid Driver's License
- Resident of Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico or Tennessee
- Willingness to travel on weekdays, locally and/or regionally, for in-person Boot Camp events
- Virtual Presentation and/or Teaching Experience preferred but not required
- Test Prep experience preferred but not required
- Technology fluency
- This position does NOT require a teaching certification
- Ability to work remotely and report regularly
- Willingness to receive and implement instructional feedback
- Deep belief in the potential of all students and a deep commitment to helping students reach their full potential
- Ability to communicate and work with students and administration
- Excellent critical thinking and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills to motivate others

Position: Independent Contractor
Pay: $50/hour starting rate for in-person instruction
