Primary Function:
The Production Admin Supervisor will interact regularly with Production Administrators, Operations Leadership,
and Financial Analysts to ensure operational and data integrity of all Production related activities. This involves
everything from ensuring the proper crew size is recorded to ensuring the proper amounts of packaging materials
are being consumed. The primary role of this position is to ensure data integrity and accuracy within the ERP
system used by Mastronardi, which is Navision (NAV).

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all activities within your Production Admin team; responsible for the input of all Production data.
- Ensure the integrity of all data related to your area’s Production lines.
- Ensure all completed production runs are closed at the end of shift.
- Add time into any production run worked on during nightly system shut downs.
- Monitor the performance board for any transaction discrepancies.
- Audit inventory returning to commodity that was generated in production.
- Ensure Packaging and Production Inventory within your area is in proper order.
- Schedule Admin staff, including time away (holidays).
- Facilitate a weekly meeting with your Admin team to discuss issues and highlight concerns.
- Liaise with Production Supervisors, Commodity Teams.
- Help to Develop and Perform Training for Direct Reports.
- Investigate NAV tag run issues and correct root cause and validate Lot Adjustments.
- Perform evaluations on Direct Reports and institute measures to recognize or improve performance.
- Verify that data used by Financial Analysts and Operations Leadership is correct/accurate.
- Work closely with HR, Payroll, and Finance to make sure that line workers can punch into the appropriate
- Generate daily cucumber exception reports for Procurement.
- Perform daily cycles to remove old inventory from the production location in NAV.
- Train new admin in a classroom setting to formally explain and teach them their role.
- Investigate product non-conformances ran through production.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, Associates Degrees required.
- Two years of relevant experience in a Production/Manufacturing environment required.
- Basic to intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Understanding of the Supply Chain process.
- Supervisory experience.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Navision (NAV) software experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
- A strong internal desire to learn and to continuously improve.
- Combination of office (80%) and refrigerated warehouse (20%) environment.
- Must be capable of lifting up to 30 lbs.
