A high volume law firm is looking for a HIGH energy Administrative Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of our firm in order to assist our clients who are seeking legal options.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming calls and other communications.
- Managing filing system.
- Recording information as needed.
- Greeting clients and visitors as needed.
- Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas.
- Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
- Maintaining office equipment as needed.
- Aiding with client reception as needed.
- Creating, maintaining, and entering information into databases.
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must live in USA
- Experience as an office assistant or in related field is a must.
- Experience with office equipment: computers (windows & MacOs), multiline phone system, multifunction printer, shredder, document scanner, etc.
- Warm personality with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
