This position can be based at our headquarters in Stow, Ohio, or work remotely. A candidate residing within a commutable distance from Stow, Ohio will be expected to work on site Tuesdays through Thursdays, and work from home Mondays and Fridays.

We are looking for an individual who wants to help our business and engineering teams answer its biggest questions through functional & business analysis of key systems that power the experiences for end users. The successful candidate will have experience working with enterprise systems, documenting processes, ability to navigate between engineering and business teams, and have a desire to identify areas for improvement.
You will be working within the Customer Experience and Technical Program management team that supporting the Product Owners and Engineering teams that power experiences for 1,900 Matco franchisees and 80,000 technician accounts, reporting to the Sr Director of Digital Customer Experience and Technical Program Management.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a key member of the the team, your contribution to the overall customer and employee experience will be instrumental. Key responsibilities will include:
- Partner closely with Product Owner, Engineering teams and other organizations to understand and document business requirements
- Support key business initiatives and improvement events with process and procedure documentation, analytical support on business functions, process improvement, and transformational initiatives.
- Effectively manage workload and ensure that the highest impact activities are prioritized.
- Develop process and system flow documentation
- Ability to create and analyze system, product and team performance
- Perform root cause analysis to quickly recover from service interruptions, and to prevent recurring problems
- Design and document enterprise systems standards and procedures
- Coordinate activities with internal/external technology owners/service providers
- Plan and implement life cycle management of software
- Analyze, design, and document platforms/systems to meet enterprise requirements

To be successful in this role the below qualifications apply:
- 3-5 years experience working in process improvement and systems analytics
- Organizational, process analysis, documentation skills; detail-oriented
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities
- Experience in lending / credit is desirable as well as Oracle experience
- Strong desire to learn business processes and understand the questions we need to answer
- Works well in ambiguous situations; problem solving and continuous improvement mindset
- Highly motivated, collaborative working style with a focus on building strong relationships
- Jira, ADO, MIRO, Figma, MS Project, PowerPoint and Excel experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
