IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT MANAGER

As a team member you will:

  • Join an agile business and work with a wide range of industry leaders across many sectors
  • Manage a portfolio of projects including schedules, deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation
  • Leverage and expand your expertise in project management
  • Lead project teams delivering for our customers:
    • implementation of enterprise software by connecting the customers vision and needs with an implementation roadmap
    • custom software & solutions development
  • Effectively communicate regularly with internal and external project team members
  • Influence internal and customer strategy, execution, and pipeline planning

 

Required:

  • B.S. degree in a science or engineering discipline
  • 2 years related experience in technical project management leading cross-functional teams (engineering or software related)
  • Ability to take ownership of projects and lead teams effectively
  • Soft-skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal experts and a wide range external customers
  • Proficient computer skills (MS Office: Excel, Work, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Capacity for quickly mastering new software
  • Ability to discuss and influence advanced implementation and multi-year implementation strategies
  • Ability to work well with customers with varying degrees of computer savvy
  • Effective influencing both internally and externally via presentation and written technical communication skills
  • Availability to travel to customers across the U.S. (<15% of time)
  • Strong work ethic, drive, and ability to work both independently and on teams
  • Ability to move multiple projects forward simultaneously

 

Other requirements: In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire. You must be a US citizen for our work with US defense and other export-restricted information. 

 

Strong candidates will also have:

  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2)
  • Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM)
  • Project management tool experience including JIRA, GitHub, Teamwork
  • Virtual design experience (ex: Fluent, Catia, Aras)
  • Software development experience
  • Data system experience (ex: Granta MI or Database Software Implementation)
  • Project experience in batteries, additive manufacturing, electronics, composites, polymers, metals, CAD, PLM
  • Experience in technical services project consulting
  • Additional software experience (Tableau, PowerBI)
