Mathtech is seeking qualified individuals to support organizational change for a large system implementation project. The qualified applicant will have demonstrated organizational change management (OCM) experience for any size project.
Position Responsibilities:
- Understand organizational change practices and the implementation of these practices
- Define and track OCM activities, including drafting OCM plans, training plans, and communication plans
- Execute training as necessary
- Identify issues, facilitate review of those issues with organization and project leadership
- Track and manage OCM metrics and execute activities as appropriate
- May assist with the creation and update of step-by-step training materials and system documentation, including business processes and help guides
- Perform other project-related tasks as necessary
- Attend meetings as necessary
- Understand, provide input to, and implement Mathtech OCM methodologies
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 3-5 years experience working on system development projects (with SDLC)
- Demonstrated OCM & Training experience
- Advanced Microsoft Office and SharePoint experience
- Experience working with State Government a plus
- Experience working with State Government Tax & Revenue Operations a plus
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to work in a self-directed manner to accomplish objectives
- Demonstrated ability to be organized and multi-task; establish and follow priorities
Work Location: Trenton, NJ, Annapolis, MD, and/or remote
Duration: 1 year
