Expedite Dispatcher – Load Bidder

Matrix Expedited Service has an opening for Expedite Dispatcher – Load Bidder

A qualified candidate for this job must have experience in the automotive expedite business. Be able to multitask in a fast pace environment. Good attendance and be able to operate in a team environment. This is a Second Shift Position 1100-2000.

Responsibilities

  • Booking loads for expedite trucks through online platforms
  • Booking loads with direct customers and brokers
  • Pricing for expedite service when booking shipments.
  • Update dispatch software
  • Tracking and tracing driver positions

Requirements

  • Strong communication required for working with drivers, co-workers and customers
  • Dispatch experience in the trucking / transportation industry is a must
  • Proficient with XPO, AOD, Ryder LMS, Sylectus and more.
  • DOT compliance experience is a plus.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
  • Must be proficient key board operator to work in fast paced environment
  • Timely and reliable

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
