Compensation:
$96,500 at plan commission
Responsibilities:-
Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Prospect for new leads to promote new business
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers

Search for Flip Deals

Analyze the numbers to see if the deal will make a profit

Write contracts of flip deals

Make choices on finishes and staging to help the flip sell for maximum value

Manage contractors to a successful completion

Work with a supportive team
-
Close on the appointments, our ISA team sets for you
-
Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers
-
Price and market homes to help attract buyers quickly
-
Act as an intermediary between your seller and the agents with potential buyers
-
Negotiate processes, consult clients on market conditions
Qualifications:-
Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Great communication and social skills
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Past sales experience is preferred
The candidate must have an active Real Estate license or have the capability to get one!
