Director Of Operations

I’m searching for someone to lead and manage our company, a nationally recognized, high-producing real estate business.

This candidate must obtain a high level of emotional maturity, emotional intelligence, and business acumen.

You must demonstrate a strong personality and exude strong leadership abilities while maintaining humility, being a great listener & communicator, with a high level of empathy.

This candidate has an endless work motor, is a hunter, and understands the vision of our business and what it means to be a servant leader.

This candidate will work seamlessly alongside the visionary and leadership team.

You must have an impressive history with PROVEN success in business. This includes being able to provide 3 great and appropriate references.
