Job description

Leasing Agent Sought, bilingual a plus but not essential (English/Spanish).
For commercial landlord with multiple office buildings specializing in leasing small offices to small businesses. We are looking for a full time or part time leasing consultant, primarily to serve our two buildings in Gwinnett County but occasionally also our other buildings.

*Experience
Minimum 1-3 years related work in leasing experience preferred with stable work history

*Part time or Full Time
25-40hrs a week flexible
Saturdays may be required

*Salary
Hourly plus commission $35-$45k plus benefits (full-time)

*Locations:
Primary location: Marietta, Norcross & Peachtree Corners

You must have drivers license and a reliable vehicle.

*Responsibilities include but not limited to
Touring offices with prospects
Lease and/or pre-lease offices
Complete lease/renewal paperwork
Explain lease and all paperwork to the client
Assist in licensing for tenants if needed
Operating property software systems
Walk offices and community
Assist with tenant relations
Assist bookkeeper with collections/evictions if needed
Maintain a professional, yet friendly, atmosphere in the leasing office.
Answers incoming phone calls and walk-ins
Handle Mail, Fedex, UPS as needed
Greet prospective and current tenants
Perform any additional duties assigned by owner, manager or supervisor.
Superb customer service.
Assist and/or support leasing and marketing efforts to achieve the property’s occupancy goals.
Maintain good tenant relations
Walking vacant units, performing move-in and move-out inspections.
Inspecting property and ensuring cleanliness and attractive curb appeal.
Distribute and follow-up on renewal notices.
Deliver late notice and eviction letters directly to offices
Create work orders and check on tenant created work orders for maintenance
Work closely with maintenance

Salary: Hourly plus commission $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
