Office Assistant
Job Posting for Office Assistant at Mattress and Furniture Express
- Schedule & assist in the delivery &/or customer pick up of purchases
- Assist in Customer Service related issues and opportunities
- Create & Post ads as required on assigned social media & Internet.
- Answer phones & get customers .
- Follow up with Vendors to make sure all billing is done correctly.
- Meet all established standards for Volume, Customer Satisfaction, & Budget
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,800.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
