Seeking CSA - Customer Service Advisor for our Mesa location. The CSA greets and communicates daily with customers on the status of their vehicle. The CSA also generates work orders by ascertaining service requests and performance problems; writes estimates, and maintains customer rapport and records. The CSR also reviews jobs when they are complete, closes and invoices jobs.

Job Responsibilities include but, are not limited to the following:

Customer Service Duties

  • Answer phones
  • Ascertains vehicle problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms
  • Clarifies description of problems
  • Schedules Technicians
  • Checks vehicle maintenance records
  • Examines service schedules
  • Receive parts for work/repair orders
  • Maintains customer rapport by providing an explanation of estimates and daily updates
  • Keeps customers updated
  • Establishes good customer relations

Estimate and Work Order Duties

  • Prepares estimate by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered as well as repairs and service required
  • Obtains customer approval via email
  • Enters Work Order into the system and sends to Tech
  • Monitors repair work to ensure the vehicle will be ready when promised
  • Reviews jobs when completed
  • Closes jobs

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years CSA experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Able to work in fast pace environment
  • Work well with on-site and remote customers

Salary: Depends on Experience
