What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Technician position at Maug Cleaning, Inc.?
Maug Cleaning is currently hiring for a part-time commercial cleaning technician in Fall Creek.
1) Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 8:45 p.m. (15 hours)
2. Every Other Saturday & Sunday: 1:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. (15 hours)
Candidate would be expected to maintain a safe and clean environment based on client requirements. This includes but is not restricted to:
1) Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms and kitchen/break rooms
2) Clean floors by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, etc.
3) Stock paper products and proper supplies
4) Gather and empty trash
5) Dust
Expected qualifications are:
1) Learn, use, and maintain cleaning equipment and supplies with skill and efficiency
2) Ability to lift up 40 pounds, bend, stoop, twist, and other motions required to complete the job
3) Continual walking
4) Work independently as well as cooperate professionally in a team environment
5) Must be 18 years of age or older
6) Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
7) Pass a criminal background check
8) Meet client requirements related to food industry
