Qualifications:

High school diploma is required, college degree is a plus
Minimum 2 years experience as Human Resource Coordinator or similar role
Must have good communication skills, both written and verbal; good organizational skills; and good time management skills
Must be detail-oriented
Must be able to work well with management and employees
Ability to work independently and efficiently
Proficient in use of 10 key-by-touch, Microsoft Office and payroll processing systems

Responsibilities include:

Recruit new employees, conduct initial screening and assist with onboarding and training
Administer benefits, to include educating and assisting employees with enrollments and changes
Review employee handbook and benefits with new employees
Answer questions and address complaints from existing employees
Administer time-off, vacation and sick-leave program
Administer employee time and attendance
Administer employee uniforms program
Assisting the HR Manager with other administrative tasks
