Responsibilities
Review Vendor Reports
Order Merchandise for regular stock, special order, buy out merchandise, special printed merchandise
Negotiates prices and terms for purchased goods and services
Sourcing new vendors for goods and services
Sourcing new product lines
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers
Qualifications
Demonstrates strong organizational skills
Pays close attention to detail
Basic computer skills necessary
Possesses basic math skills
Communicates clearly and effectively
Familiarity with shipping and billing procedures helpful
