About the team:
The Training and Development - Care Delivery team works to ensure that our care delivery teams have the knowledge and resources necessary to thrive in their roles. We design, build, and deliver onboarding, annual and ongoing learning and development experiences that enable frontline team members to deliver quality care and support to our members. Our care delivery teams include care advocates, care support representatives, and over 400 providers, across over 30 specialities. Training and development is also responsible for the knowledge management system that supports efficient and effective resource and information sharing.
We are seeking a Sr. Associate, Learning Experience Design to efficiently and effectively build asynchronous and blended learning experiences for our frontline teams. To make our mission a reality, your skills will be accountable for:
- End-to-end learning project management of developing asynchronous and blended training materials.
- Conduct needs analysis and make recommendations on delivery modality and instructional design.
- Align with key stakeholders along the lifecycle of a learning and development project.
- Partner with subject matter experts to determine learning objectives and appropriate modes for courses.
- Project manage course development and implementation.
- Create engaging lessons utilizing technology and digital resources to optimize learning.
- Enhance and maintain eLearning courses for member-facing teams.
- Apply inclusive practices to courses.
- Partner cross-functionally to enhance learning objectives for new hire training and onboarding for care delivery teams.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to strategize the most effective training approach for frontline team members.
- Maintain courses for care delivery team training to ensure they are accurate and up to date.
- Actively participate and/or facilitate delivery of learning sessions as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Demonstrated end-to-end instructional design project management; initiation, planning and development, implementation, process monitoring, and evaluation/project close.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret data to drive future design improvements, direction, and to validate design effectiveness
- Resourceful, highly organized self-starter mentality: strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to drive forward multiple projects at the same time.
- Collaborative and consultative approach to work - able to communicate clearly and effectively with key stakeholders.
- Experience with learning design tools (Vyond, Articulate 360, etc.).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and manage matrixed stakeholder relationships: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and unknowns, and moving fast.
- Experience applying adult learning methodology to one’s practice (ADDIE, SAM, Agile, etc.)
- 2 years of experience in an instructional design or related role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building learning programs for clinical/member facing teams.
- Experience in a startup environment.
- Formal training in building and facilitating adult learning (ie. bootcamp, higher education, etc.)
For candidates in NYC, CA, or CO, the salary range for this role is $75,000 - $100,000 per year. You may also be entitled to receive stock options, and benefits. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, and skillset.
