As a growing company, we’re looking for a dedicated and organized assistant property manager to work out of our first Bremerton property (50 units) who’s input will be valued and hard work ethic appreciated. · Property Management, Real Estate or Strong Customer Service Experience
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Meet and greet prospective residents, show/walk through available units
· Market vacancies, perform market survey
· Assist in resolving resident complaints and answer any resident questions
· Perform move-ins and move-outs
· Issue legal notices, maintenance of all records and files
· Assist with property inspections
· Perform maintenance assessments, and coordinate maintenance work, vendor relations
Compensation:
· $20 - $25 per hour experience dependent
· Flexible schedule
